Tracy Brown is a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner with F.S.I.I.
( Feng Shui Institute International) Part healer, part coach,
part intuitive, part scientist, and part teacher. She blends her
fivefold talents and background into a process that deepens a
person's connection to self and to their environment and ultimately
to the planet.
Since Tracy was a small child she has been able to intuitively
"feel" environments. A lifelong connection to nature
and a natural ability to see the big picture allows her to receive
the metaphors and stories of any space.
Feng Shui (pronounced as "Fung Shway") is Chinese for
wind and water, which are two vital ingredients for life and has
been practiced for over 6,000 years. It uses nature as a guide
to design environments where people can feel balanced, inspired
and nurtured. Tracy practices Pyramid School Feng Shui which takes
a serious scientific approach that incorporates knowledge from
the myriad of social and physical sciences such as architecture,
biology, cultural anthropology, environmental health, physics
and psychology. Through an integrated approach of the use of these
disciplines, Tracy is able to identify the many influences of
the person-place connection and create recommendations for long-lasting
positive change, "feel good environments" and intentional
living.
Pyramid School Feng Shui was founded by Nancilee Wydra, who in
the early 1960's, started her pioneering research on the human
condition as it relates to the environment in both nature based
and built spaces. Therefore, Pyramid Feng Shui practitioners know
that what surrounds us also influences us mightily in all areas
of life. Pyramid Feng Shui also places the individual at the center
of the process or consultation by using a customized approach
that takes into account the culture, beliefs, and design preferences
of the client.
Tracy works with the Person/Place connection in order to help
you harness your physical surroundings for personal advantage.
Certified through F.S.I.A in 2006, she brings to her practice
experience in: being a nurse (L.P.N.), a Certified Childbirth
Assistant (A.L.A.C.E.), healing with Stress Defusion (Three in
One Concepts/One Brain TM) utilizing Applied Kinesiology and Flower
Essences, Herbalism and Reiki.
Primarily, Tracy
identifies herself as a Mother, Artist, and Farmer. She also enjoys
teaching individuals how to make Personal Altars, and Meditation
Mandalas for use in "Grace Space TM" where one can practice
daily gratitude in unison with seasonal earth cycles. A true rennaissance
woman Tracy's real love is combining all of her talents and teaching
others how to manifest their dreams and pioneer new ways of being.
Tracy lives in Hinesburg Vermont on 15 acres in the country with
her husband Mark, her three magically delicious children and the
40 something animals of Blissfarm.
